How to update your payment method
Card expiring? New corporate card? Past-due invoice? You can add a new payment method or change your default in about 30 seconds from the Billing settings page. ResaleOS never touches your card directly — everything is handled by Stripe.
Open Settings → Billing
Only workspace owners can manage billing. Open Settings → Billing and find the "Payment methods" card below the upcoming-invoice summary.

Manage your payment methods
Enter the new card and save
The form is a secure Stripe Elements iframe — card data goes straight to Stripe and ResaleOS only stores the resulting reference. Submit, and the new method appears in the list immediately.
Add payment method
(Optional) Make it the default
By default the first card you add becomes the default. To change defaults later, hit the ⋯ menu on any card and pick "Make default" — future invoices will charge that card.
Common scenarios
Past-due invoice
Add a new method and ResaleOS will auto-retry the failed invoice against it. You can also click Retry payment on the past-due banner.
PCI compliance
Your card never hits ResaleOS servers — Stripe Elements tokenizes it client-side. We store a non-sensitive reference.
Multiple cards
Keep a personal and business card on file; switch defaults whenever you want. Charges always run against the default at the time of the invoice.
Removing the only card
You can't remove the last remaining card while you have an active subscription. Add the new one first, then remove the old.
Card still failing?
Stripe blocks payments for a few specific reasons (insufficient funds, expired card, fraud flag). Email support@resaleos.co with the failure code and we'll help unblock it.
