• Google Places IDs (for address validation and autocomplete)

This data is used to manage inventory by location and may be shared with sales channels when listing products.

• Facebook Marketplace, Pinterest, Poshmark
• Craigslist, Mercari, Kashew, Vinted
• And other platforms you choose to connect

Each platform's use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

b. With Service Providers

We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Stripe - Payment processing and payment method storage
• Cloudflare R2 - Image and file storage
• MongoDB - Database hosting
• Google - Authentication (OAuth) and address services (Places API)
• OpenAI - AI-powered product information generation

c. For Legal Reasons

We may share data if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

d. In Case of Business Transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer as part of business assets.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (HTTPS, SSL/TLS) and secure storage practices to protect your data. API credentials and sensitive information are encrypted at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you delete your account, we will:

When you enable cross-listing, ResaleOS automatically synchronizes your product data (including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory) across connected sales channels. This means:

• Your product information is shared with each connected platform
• Inventory updates are synchronized across platforms
• Each platform's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy
• You can disconnect channels at any time to stop data sharing

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed toward individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your data may be processed and stored in servers located outside your country of residence. By using ResaleOS, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
