How to connect Stripe
One Stripe connection powers three things in ResaleOS: your online storefront, in-person card payments via Stripe Terminal, and pay-by-link invoices you can email a customer for any unpaid balance. Connect once, get all three.
Open Settings → Integrations → Stripe
Stripe lives in the Integrations group alongside Square, Clover, and the developer API.

Authorize on Stripe
Stripe walks you through their KYC checks — business name, EIN, payout bank, identity verification. Most accounts are approved in under 10 minutes. You'll bounce back to ResaleOS automatically when done.
ResaleOS would like to connect your Stripe account
You'll be able to accept card payments online, in-person via Stripe Terminal, and through invoice links. ResaleOS only sees payment data for sales made through your store.
Powered by Stripe Connect
You're live — three features just unlocked
When Stripe sends us the chargesEnabled signal you'll see the green Connected banner and all three features flip to Active. From here you can manage your Stripe account or disconnect at any time.

What Stripe unlocks
Storefront payments
Customers check out on your hosted storefront with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Payouts land in your Stripe-connected bank account.
Stripe Terminal at POS
Connect a Stripe reader (BBPOS WisePOS E, or Tap to Pay on iPhone) and accept in-store card payments tied to the same Stripe account.
Pay-by-link invoices
Send a Stripe-hosted invoice for any unpaid balance — refunds, partial payments, holds — straight from a customer's order page.
Frequently asked
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe's standard processing fees apply (currently 2.9% + 30¢ online and 2.7% + 5¢ in-person in the US). ResaleOS doesn't take a cut on top.
Is my data safe?
We use Stripe Connect Standard — your customers' card data never touches our servers. Stripe handles PCI compliance, chargebacks, and payouts directly.
What about Square or Clover?
Square and Clover are separate integrations alongside Stripe. You can run multiple processors and choose which to use per location or per channel.
