How ResaleOS pricing works
ResaleOS pricing is simple: one monthly subscription, three plans, and no hidden platform fees. Here is everything worth knowing before you pick a plan — what each one unlocks, how overages work, whether there are any extra fees, and how the free trial and $1 first month fit together.
Three plans, billed monthly
Every plan is month-to-month — there is no annual contract and no commitment. Pick the one that matches your volume, and change it any time.

What happens if you go over
Only cross-listings can go over your monthly allowance — and only on Crosslister and Reseller. You are never hard-blocked; you just pay a small per-listing rate for anything beyond what is included, added to your next invoice. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
The other monthly limits — like AI price comparisons and background removals — simply pause until your next period rather than charging you.
Are there any other fees?
No. Your monthly subscription (plus any cross-listing overages) is the whole bill.
No setup fees
Nothing to pay to get started, onboard, or import your existing catalog.
No per-transaction fees
We never take a cut of your sales. What you sell is yours.
No marketplace fees
Connecting eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Poshmark, and the rest costs nothing extra on our side.
Second store? 30% off
Running more than one store? Each additional store gets 30% off, forever — the only pricing add-on, and it is a discount, not a fee.
Your free trial and $1 first month
Every new account follows the same commitment-free path, on whichever plan you choose:
Start with a 3-day free trial — no credit card required to begin. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
After the trial, your first month is just $1 — the same $1 on any plan, including Pro.
From month two, you pay your plan's regular monthly price — unless you change or cancel first. No long-term contract, ever.
Cancel or change your plan any time
Change plans freely
Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from Settings → Plan. Any remaining trial or promo time carries over to your new plan.
Access until period end
Cancel any time. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace goes read-only — nothing is deleted.
Come back any time
Your data is kept on file for at least 12 months. Resume before your cancel date, or re-subscribe later, and pick up right where you left off.
No commitment
There is no annual contract at any point. You are always free to leave, and cancelling during the 3-day trial costs nothing.

Start your promo on Pro, then downgrade
Because the $1 first month applies to every plan, we recommend starting your promo on the Pro plan. During your 3-day free trial and your $1 first month you will have zero limits — unlimited cross-listings, unlimited marketplace connections, unlimited AI, the whole toolkit.
That means you can get your entire inventory live as fast as you want while you set up, without ever bumping into a cap or an overage. Then, before your first month ends, simply downgrade to the plan that fits your ongoing volume. When the promo finishes you will only be billed at that lower plan's price — after getting your whole catalog crosslisted during the unlimited window.
