How ResaleOS pricing works
ResaleOS pricing is simple: one monthly subscription, three plans, and no hidden platform fees. Here is everything worth knowing before you pick a plan — what each one unlocks, how usage packs work, whether there are any extra fees, and how the $1 first 30 days fit together.

What happens if you go over
Nothing is billed behind your back. When you reach a monthly allowance you can buy a usage pack — a one-time top-up charged to your card there and then, credited instantly. Packs cost the same on every plan, never expire, and get cheaper per unit the bigger the pack. Your allowance still resets every month — on yearly plans too.
Packs are optional — if you would rather wait, every allowance refills on your next billing date at no extra cost.
Are there any other fees?
No. Your subscription (plus any usage packs you choose to buy) is the whole bill.
No setup fees
Nothing to pay to get started, onboard, or import your existing catalog.
No per-transaction fees
We never take a cut of your sales. What you sell is yours.
No marketplace fees
Connecting eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Poshmark, and the rest costs nothing extra on our side.
Second store? 30% off
Running more than one store? Each additional store gets 30% off, forever — the only pricing add-on, and it is a discount, not a fee.
Your $1 first 30 days
Every new account follows the same commitment-free path, on whichever plan you choose:
$1 first 30 days
Your first 30 days are just $1 — the same $1 on any plan, including Pro.
Then your plan price
From day 31 you pay your plan's regular price — every month, or the whole year at once if you picked yearly (12 months for the price of 11). Change or cancel any time before then.
Cancel or change your plan any time
Change plans freely
Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from Settings → Plan. Any remaining promo time carries over to your new plan. On yearly, upgrades are charged right away (less your unused time) and downgrades start at your renewal.
Access until period end
Cancel any time. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace goes read-only — nothing is deleted.
Come back any time
Your data is kept on file for at least 12 months. Resume before your cancel date, or re-subscribe later, and pick up right where you left off.
Monthly or yearly
Monthly has no contract — leave any time. Yearly is paid up front for 1 month free: cancel any time and it simply won't renew (no partial refunds). We email you 14 days before each yearly renewal.

Start your promo on Pro, then downgrade
Because the $1 first 30 days applies to every plan, we recommend starting your promo on the Pro plan. During your $1 first 30 days you will have zero limits — unlimited cross-listings, unlimited marketplace connections, unlimited AI, the whole toolkit.
That means you can get your entire inventory live as fast as you want while you set up, without ever bumping into a cap or buying a pack. Then, before your first 30 days end, simply downgrade to the plan that fits your ongoing volume. When the promo finishes you will only be billed at that lower plan's price — after getting your whole catalog crosslisted during the unlimited window.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I run out of cross-listings?
Nothing is billed automatically. You can buy a one-time usage pack — cross-listings from $0.11 each, photo edits from $0.22, price lookups from $0.22, with 5% off the mid pack and 12% off the largest — and it is credited instantly. Packs cost the same on every plan and never expire. Pro includes unlimited cross-listings, so it never needs one.
Are there any other fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no per-transaction fees, and no marketplace connection fees. Running a second store gets 30% off that store, forever.
Can I cancel or change my plan any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no long-term contract at any point. Yearly plans are paid up front: cancelling stops the next renewal, with no partial refund.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Every plan can be billed yearly with 1 month free: Crosslister $439.89, Reseller $989.89 and Pro $2,419.89 a year — about $36.66, $82.49 and $201.66 a month. You still start with the $1 first 30 days; the year is then charged once. Allowances still reset every month. Choose Yearly on the plan picker, or switch any time from Settings → Plan & billing → Change plan.
