How to delete your ResaleOS account

Deleting your account is permanent — it wipes your workspace, products, sales, and consignor records. If you only want to stop paying, you probably want to cancel your subscription instead; your data stays put and you can resume any time.

This is a destructive action

Once you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. There is no undo.

Open Settings → General

Account deletion lives on your personal profile page, not under Billing. Open Settings and stay on the General tab — it's selected by default.

Confirm — and tell us why

The confirmation dialog asks for a reason (it really helps us improve) and shows a red warning that the action can't be undone. Click "Delete account" to finalize.

Important details

What gets deleted?

Workspace data

Products, sales, accounts, consignors, locations, settings, integrations, surcharges — all of it is purged from our database.

Active subscriptions

Any active Stripe subscription is canceled immediately. Marketplace and Stripe Connect connections are revoked.

Can't undo

We don't keep backups for recovery purposes. If you might want your data later, cancel instead — your data stays for at least 12 months.

Team workspaces

If you're the workspace owner, deleting removes the whole workspace and any teammates lose access. Transfer ownership first if this is a shared business.

Before you delete — quick checklist

  • Export your sales and inventory CSVs from Analytics for your records.
  • Settle any outstanding consignor payouts.
  • Disconnect external sales channels so listings aren't left orphaned mid-sync.
  • If you want to keep your data but stop paying, use Cancel subscription instead.
