How to change your ResaleOS plan
Outgrowing your channel limit? Need auto-tax or unlimited consignors? Or just want to right-size your subscription? You can upgrade or downgrade between Crosslister, Reseller, and Pro in a couple of clicks — proration is handled automatically by Stripe.
Open Settings → Plan
Only workspace owners can change the plan. Open Settings → Plan to see your current plan and renewal date.

Pick the plan that fits
You'll land on the plan picker. Your current plan is marked. Click the plan you want — you'll see a confirmation screen with the prorated charge before anything is actually billed.

Confirm and continue
The confirmation page shows the prorated amount we'll charge today plus what your future monthly bill will look like. Confirm to switch immediately.
How proration works
Upgrades are immediate
New features and limits unlock instantly. You're charged the prorated difference today, then your new monthly rate at the next renewal.
Downgrades take effect later
You keep your current plan until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds — you already paid for the full month.
Early-supporter pricing
If you have grandfathered pricing, switching plans opts you out of that legacy rate. We'll warn you on the confirmation screen before charging.
Trial & promo periods
On a free trial or $1 promo? Upgrading keeps your remaining trial/promo time on the new plan — you won't lose it.
