How to cancel your ResaleOS subscription
Sorry to see you go. Cancellation takes about two minutes from inside your dashboard — here's exactly what to click, step by step, with a preview of each screen.
Open Settings → Plan
Only workspace owners can manage the subscription. From the dashboard, click the gear "Settings" icon in the sidebar, then choose Plan under the Billing group.
Tip: you can also jump straight there with app.resaleos.co/settings/plan.
Open the more-actions menu
On the Plan page you'll see your current plan and renewal date. Click the ⋯ button in the top right corner and choose "Cancel subscription".

Your plan will switch to a “Canceling” state and keep working until the end of your current billing period — no surprises, no early shutoff.

You'll keep full access until July 14, 2026, then your workspace will become read-only. Change your mind? Hit Resume any time before that date.
What happens after I cancel?
Access until period end
Your plan stays fully active until your current billing period ends. After that, the workspace becomes read-only so you keep access to your data.
Your data is safe
Products, sales, accounts, and consignor records are kept on file for at least 12 months. Re-subscribe any time to pick up exactly where you left off.
Change your mind?
Hit Resume on the Plan page before the cancel date and your subscription is restored — no need to re-enter payment details.
Refunds
We don't pro-rate partial months by default, but if you just charged and want a refund, email support@resaleos.co and we'll make it right.
