All we need from you
In SimpleConsign: open Back Office, go to Settings, then Users & Permissions, then add a new user — just like you would for a new employee.
Manager-level access (or higher) is all we need. That's the level required to see reports, which is where your consignor and sales data lives.
If you're not a Manager in SimpleConsign yourself, no problem — your store owner can add us in about a minute. Just forward them this page.
Please don't share your own SimpleConsignpassword with us. Add us as a new user instead, the same way you'd add a new employee. You can remove us the moment we're done.
