All we need from you
In ConsignCloud: open Settings → Users, then add a new user — just like you would for a new employee. Pick the highest role you have available so we can see reports.
A user with access to reports and consignor accounts is all we need — same level you’d give a back-office manager. We don’t touch billing or anything in your subscription.
If you’re on the Basic plan and at your 3-user limit, no problem — you can either bump up to Pro for the day, or remove an unused user temporarily and add us in their place.
Please don't share your own ConsignCloudpassword with us. Add us as a new user instead, the same way you'd add a new employee. You can remove us the moment we're done.
