All we need from you
In Ricochet: open Settings → Employees → Add Employee. Add the team member we send you and pick Admin (so we can see reports and consignor accounts).
Admin-level access is what we need — same level you’d give a back-office manager. We don’t touch your billing or anything in your subscription.
If you also use the Ricochet GO mobile app, no need to do anything there — we work from the desktop side, which is where the full data lives.
Please don't share your own Ricochetpassword with us. Add us as a new user instead, the same way you'd add a new employee. You can remove us the moment we're done.
