All we need from you
In Liberty: open the Inventory Module, go to Setup, then Security, then Maintain Users, and add a new user (just like you would for a new employee).
The same access a manager would have — enough to see consignors, items, sales, payouts and reports. We don't need owner-level access and we don't change a thing in Liberty, just look at the numbers.
If your Liberty runs on the computer in your shop (rather than online), we'll usually hop on a short Zoom screenshare so we can sign in while you watch. Easier than VPNs and remote-desktop fuss.
Please don't share your own Libertypassword with us. Add us as a new user instead, the same way you'd add a new employee. You can remove us the moment we're done.
