All we need from you
In Circle-Hand: open Settings → Team → Add Member, and add the team member we send you. Pick the highest role available (Admin or Owner) so we can see reports and vendor accounts.
Admin-level access is all we need — same as you'd give a back-office manager. We don't touch your billing, Shopify connection or anything in your subscription.
If your Circle-Hand sits on top of Shopify, we don't need separate Shopify access — Circle-Hand's connection is enough. We'll only ask for Shopify if you want photos migrated directly from there.
Please don't share your own Circle-Handpassword with us. Add us as a new user instead, the same way you'd add a new employee. You can remove us the moment we're done.
