Introduction to Sales Sync
0:00 Okay, this is a super quick video about automated delisting and sales import from your other sales channels. It's something I've touched on already and I'm going to repeat myself in this video just to make this extra clear.
Connecting Sales Channels
0:15 Every time you connect a sales channel to ResaleOS, we will start importing your sales from that sales channel. That means that now that I've connected eBay, every time I sell something on eBay, the sale will also be imported on ResaleOS.
Centralized Sales Records
0:31 This is great because on ResaleOS, I will start having a central record of everything that's going on in terms of sales across all my sales channels, including my marketplaces, my online website, my in-store sales, in case I am a storefront selling in person as well. One central record, I have one central place where I can push my data to QuickBooks for taxes and accounting purposes.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
0:58 I have one central place to look at reports and data about which platforms are selling better, which products are and which categories are most popular, which items are generating the better margins, in case you also track your cost of goods and net margins on sales, all that kind of information.
Automated Delisting Process
1:18 Every time a sale is imported over to ResaleOS, we will also delist the item across all the other sales channels. This sale, for example, imported from Poshmark, it's for free items. These free items are then automatically delisted by the system from all the other sales channels that they're posted on, so you don't risk overselling the item.
Handling Cancellations and Relisting
1:44 In case the sale gets canceled on Poshmark for any reason, then the items will be automatically relisted for sale on all the other sales channels. Super useful, so you don't risk overselling, so you don't need to manually go into each platform and delist the items there. That's really what's important. I mentioned this in another call.
Importing Historical Sales Data
2:03 If you want us to import your historical sales, all your past sales, before you signed up with ResaleOS, before you connected your accounts to ResaleOS, just send us over an email and we will import all your sales data, historical sales data from your sales channels. That's pretty much it for this video, all I wanted to cover. Let's move on to the next one.
