Introduction to Products Tab
0:00 Okay, we're almost done with the Products and Inventory module. Something we're going to see right now is the Products tab, which is this tab here.
Searching and Filtering Products
0:09 You can search and filter through your products. This is pretty intuitive, does not need too much explanation. You can search by specific consignors, for example, or status or whatever. Something really nice is, as you start exporting your products to other sales channels, like eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, you can filter by sales channels. You can see all the products that are in my eBay account. In my case, I don't have any platforms connected, but I can filter by any products that are
0:38 in my Reseless storefront, or any products that are not on eBay, for example, so I know which ones still need exporting, and I can make sure my catalog is present across all marketplaces. This is a nice functional idea as well.
Customizing Your View
0:53 You can, again, filter by specific statuses. You can customize this view. You can change the layout of the columns if you want to see the price before the category, for example, and you can turn off any fields that maybe you don't like seeing. I'm going to reset to default. Once your products are posted across sales channels, you can come and view the channels that the product is posted on here, and you can go and view the listing.
1:22 This is my Reseless storefront listing. We'll cover this in another module.
Bulk Actions Overview
1:26 You can also do bulk actions. We've seen how you can select multiple items, and you can print the labels, but you can also mark them as a different status. You can bulk edit them, which opens this spreadsheet view where you can bulk edit. For example, let me change the status of all my products to pending. Okay, I can change for one, or I can press, I believe it was command shift, yes, and then I can select them all.
1:58 I can change it to draft, and it changes all of them. Okay, let's go back.
Conclusion of Products Tab
2:03 I'm not going to save anything, and this is pretty much the products tab. I'm just thinking if I'm missing anything, but I don't think so. Let's move on to the very last module of the products and inventory.
