Vintage beautiful cobalt blue and white stripe blouse. Tapered cuffed sleeves with three pearlized buttons on each side. Tag is washed out so label and material are unknown. Can barely tell size is small but probably could fit a medium due to the cut of the garment. It feels like 100% cotton (or a cotton blend at worst). Tie at left hip. In excellent condition with no stains, rips or pilling.
