At the center sits a 6 x 4 x 3mm natural oval blue sapphire, estimated at approximately 0.65 carats, displaying a rich medium-dark blue hue. Surrounding the sapphire are ten natural round brilliant diamonds, measuring approximately 2.0–2.1mm each and totaling approximately 0.38 carats total weight.
