A rare and highly collectible antique cast iron potato ricer manufactured by William Vogel & Bros., patented November 1, 1891. Features the original perforated mesh pressing plate, slotted lever arm, and hinge mechanism — all intact. Marked clearly on the cup: “WILLIAMVOGEL & BROS / MANF’RS / PAT’D NOV. 1 / 1891.” An exceptional example of late 19th-century American kitchen tool manufacturing.
