Whimsical figural coin bank shaped like a boot with a thatched-roof cottage built into the top, designed as “The Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe.” Silverplate finish marked “Godinger Silver, Tarnish Resistant, Japan” on the base. Features embossed cottage details including a door, shuttered windows, heart cutouts, and a shingled roof with a coin slot at the peak. Fitted with a working twist-lock coin release on the sole. Comes with original yellow braided lace threaded through the boot eyelets. Measures approximately 7”L x 4”H. A charming decorative piece and nursery rhyme collectible, equally at home as a bank, planter, or shelf display.

CONDITION NOTES:

Bright silverplate with only minimal age-appropriate tarnish, consistent with light display use. Coin lock on the base twists and releases smoothly. Lace is original to the piece. No plating loss or damage noted.
