Vintage mid-century modern salt and pepper set in solid turned teak, made in Italy. Sculptural trumpet/hourglass silhouette with a flared, saucer-like cap on each piece — the salt shaker has a starburst cluster of pour holes, and the pepper mill has a turned brass finial knob that operates the grinding mechanism, stamped “Made in Italy.” Rich natural wood grain with warm honey-to-walnut tones. A great example of Italian teakware design, perfect for a Danish modern or MCM table setting.
