Vintage Russian hand-painted lacquer trinket box believed to have been produced in Mstera, USSR, and signed by the artist with the date 1990.
The lid features a beautifully executed bouquet of colorful flowers against a glossy black lacquer background with delicate gold corner decoration. The interior is finished in traditional bright red lacquer.
