Authentic vintage Soviet-era Fedoskino hand-painted lacquer box depicting the beloved Russian fairy tale The Frog Princess (Tsarevna Lyagushka).

This finely painted papier-mâché box features a beautifully dressed maiden standing before the enchanted crowned frog in a woodland setting, rendered in the luminous oil-paint technique for which Fedoskino artists are renowned.

Included are the original Beriozka presentation box and the factory inspection label from the Fedoskino Factory of Miniature Painting in the Moscow Region, confirming its Soviet-era origin.
