(4) Vintage C. Pillet Old French Silverware Rare. Spoons Forks. Plated or Solid?.

I cannot identify if this is silver plated or pure silver. The hallmarks show C. Pillet stamp, C P Stamp, and what appears to be a lion's head stamp. I cannot find any other pillet silverware on the web for comparison. Feel free to message with any questions or if you know any info on this.
