Oran Dargg has developed an advanced version of the Zeta beam, capable of transporting the entirety of Earth to an orbit that puts it on a collision course with Rann. With the Justice League of America away on a mission, it is up to Adam Strange, Alanna, Hawkman and Hawkgirl to save both worlds from mutual gravitational destruction.
