Brand new in original packaging genuine replacement part from Sharp. This is a non-contact thermistor compatible with multiple Sharp printers (see compatible models in item details). Part was sealed and not open box. I did remoce one from the box for the purpose of taking pictures for this listing. The item was returned to package and resealed without any damage to box or other packaging.
