Vintage Dainty Signed TRIFARI Cameo & Goldtoned Necklace This udainty vintage cameo style necklace is signed TRIFARI on the back of the pendant. It features a small cameo pendant that is approx 3/8” in length and weighs 3.4 grams including the chain. I believe the cameo is made of carved shell but I am not positive.
