This is really the size of a plate, but strikes me more as a serving tray. It measures 10 " in diameter. It seems to be made of a very heavy gauge gold toned aluminum which is engraved thoughout with rams, fish, and trees. There is a deep cobalt blue enamel border around the center rim. I do not know the maker of this piece. In excellent condition with no problems. Please convo with any questions.:)
