This is a vintage wool tweed poncho by Russ. From the 70's. By Russ. Dry clean only. Has splits on each front side and black fringe all around. Four buttons at left shoulder. Fits up to a 44" bust. Shoulders are about 17-18". Excellent condition. Unlined.
