This is a lovely, heavy, white earthenware bowl with a white faience glaze. It has a scene in cobalt blue. I initially thought this was French, but when I turned it over it has German wording. It has "Frankfurt am Main, Romer Rathaus und Gerechtigkeits-Brunnen." This refers to the building and statue featured on the front. This measures 113/4" in diameter and is about 2 3/4" deep.It has holes for hanging on the back with wire attached. is is in great condition with no damage.
