This is a vintage necktie by Old River. Says Monte Carlo on the tag. This appears to be a deep navy to me...almost black...with red seals wearing neckties throughout. No content tag but this brand typically makes silk ties and this feels like silk. Excellent condition. Measures about 58" in length and 4" across the point.
