This is a gorgeous vintage black boucle dress suit from the 1950's. The collar, cuffs and trim appear to be silk. Sleeves have cuffs that fold back and are bracelet length. Little black silk trim detail under the collar on the left side. Double breasted with coiled cord buttons. Tiny waist pockets on either side. Skirt is a straight style. Lined in a pale pink. Lining is likely silk. Jacket fits up to a 38" bust. Length is about 21" from the top of shoulder to bottom edge. Skirt is a straight style lined in black silk. Skirt fits up to a 30" waist, 42" hips andlength is about 27" from top of shoulder to bottom edge. Excellent condition. The only tag is a boutique tag from Stewart's, Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky.
