I can't remember who makes these silver inlayed items.:/ It appears to be made of some heavy molded compound or plastic and it has sterling silver inlay all around the body. The silver is engraved. The candle holder measures 4 1/4" in diameter. The candle hole measures about 1 3/4" in diameter. Only marks are in the center of where the candle goes. It has C-113 there. In excellent condition with no problems. Please convo with any questions.:)
