This is a vintage dress from the early 60's. Black with lace over pink ruffle at the bottom and large pink sash bow. The fabric has the texture of raw silk without the sheen. Kind of a flamenco style with the ruffle hem being higher in front than in back. Zips up back. Tag is for The Gilberts for Tally New York. Excellent condition. Fits up to a 38" bust, 34" waist and 38" hips. Length is about 44" from top of shoulder to bottom edge front; 50" in back.
