This is a vintage restaurant ware creamer by Lamberton Sterling. This has a slightly off-white body with a mauve floral sprig design on both sides with a mauve band at the top. There is also gold trim at the uppermost rim. This measures about 3 3/4" high and 2 1/2" across the bottom. In great condition with no chips, cracks or other problems.
