This is a vintage Mihai Topescu (Romania) art glass candle holder (?). I've seen these listed as candle holders but the well is shallow and a candle would have difficulty fitting without bumping into the twisted glass. Twisted glass with leaf on top. Heavy base with label still intact. Measures about 13" high and 3 1/4" across the base. Excellent condition with no damage.
