This is a pair of vintage pedestal mugs from Hall China. These are actually smaller versions of their footed mugs, appropriate for espresso. I've never seen them this small before. They have burgundy bases. Marked on the bottom as shown. Both are in excellent condition. They measure about 3 3/4" high and 2 1/4" across the top.
