This is a vintage music box...no later than the 40's. I think it is silver plate though it is not marked...could be stainless steel. Sorry to be so vague. It has an enamel pattern throughout. Interior has wooden insert lining and is a combo music box and cigarette box. The music box is frozen right now. This does have a tiny dent on the front as seen in the photos. The remains of a label are on the bottom. Measures about 6 3/4" x 3 1/2" and 3" deep.
