This is a gorgeous vintage dress by Kiki Hart. 1960's. In navy. Feels like a heavy acetate. it has a slightly high waist with attached flowers. Boat neck with tripled tiered sleeves. Straight skirt. Zips up the back. Excellent condition. This fits up to a 36" bust, 30" waist and it has slightly full hips up to 44" if needed, but intended for smaller. Length is about 53" from top of shoulder to bottom edge.
