This is an antique plate marked Petrus Regout & Co. Masstricht, Made in Holland. It has several impressed marks as well. This features a center scene of a village in winter with kids pulling sleighs. Brown rim has an airbrushed look with raised designs all around. Very minor wear marks to the front surface but nothing major and nothing that detracts. Really great condition. Measures about 9 1/2" in diameter.
