This is a vintage pin tray or small dish by Syracuse China. It is marked for the Syracuse Symphony on the back with the date of May 5, 1984. It appears to be a souvenir or commemorative piece. This is lighter than their usual restaurant ware. More like porcelain. It features a beautiful detailed pink flower on the front with a green ribbon tied at the base and curling upward around the flower. The edges of the dish are slightly ribbed in a shell fashion. This measures 3 3/4" in diameter. In excellent condition with no problems.
