This is a vintage restaurant ware bullion cup by Syracuse China. This was made for the Greenbrier Hotel and is a Dorothy Draper design. The outside of the cup is green and it has the flower design on both sides of the interior rim. Double handled. This measures about 2 1/2" high and 3 3/4" across the top. It does have a stress crack in one handle that is stable. I'm offering it at reduced price for that reason.
