Vintage Ceramic Bassano Cherries Centerpiece, 1940s. The cherries are breathtakingly realistic. One of the leaves may have been broken but I’m not sure. See photos. I acquired this at the estate of a one hundred year old woman and no way to verify provenance.

11/16/22 After further examination I can see that the leaf was definitely the broken. Furthermore there was an excellently repaired break in the handle. The piece is still quite beautiful but I will be lowering the price accordingly.
