Please see pictures before making this purchase, the book itself is in absolutely excellent condition however there are some instances where the previous owner dog-eared some of the pages I will be going through the entire book and straightening those out. There aren't too many maybe about 10 that I saw but I will as I said undo what they did. These fine is completely intact with no creases or breaks however the outer pages do show some slight yellowing from age and there are a couple small scuff marks on the cover as shown in pictures.
