10 Yen post-war 1945 - Japanese Note

My research indicates that this note was first issued right after WW II & features the “ MONEY ROOSTER “which was a symbol of hope and economic successes. Also pictured on the front is Ninomiya Sontoku, a well known philosopher & economist from the 1700’s

I am not an expert on paper money, so I will not try to make up details - I will only describe the condition of the paper as I see it - please use the pictures as the description and feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
