This item has no tags or identifying marks of any kind. It seems to be a pair of sleeves connected by a single strap. The sleeves open up completely (they look like bat wings when opened) and they tie together to form sleeves near the end of each sleeve (see photos). The material is a silk-like, possibly polyester or rayon, featuring a Snow Leopard print. They measure 59.5 inches (4 ft 11.5 inches) from the tip of one sleeve to the tip of the other sleeve (it's longest points) as the sleeves are cut so that they come to a point at each end.
