I have one vintage circular gold-toned Celtic Scarf Clip with a scroll design etched in the front. Used to hold a scarf or shaw in place. Mid to late 20th Century. Made from a base metal with a gold-toned plating. 1.5 inches. Small vertical feather on the back at the bottom is an unidentified manufacturers Hallmark often seen on mid-century costume jewelry and often accompanied by the text,"W. Germany or West Germany".
