The stem that screws down to the bottom to hold a foam wig/hat head is not there.
The locks work but the straps are starting to show age. The leather like straps are starting to have small cracks. Please see photos. Not breaking or tearing, just the coating is showing age.

It stands 14" tall and stands a little crooked with empty. Nothing wrong or damaged.
