The painting is an unattributed work executed in the style of the 19th/20th century Dutch School. While no signature is readily visible in the lower register, the composition, subject matter (a Dutch tower mill, regional figures, and flat polder landscape), and brushwork strongly align with painters of the Hague School or their direct followers.
Professionally Framed
Antique Gold Frame with wear due to age and storage. Most wear on the corners and back. Paper on the back has been damaged. (Please see photos.)
