Artist Signature

This picture is a genuine "Metal Etching" imported from England. It is a fine print made directly on a metal foil surface and bonded with artist wax to a heavy backing.

The image was hand etched by a master engraver into an etching block. The print was then embossed in relief under 50 tons of pressure, creating depth and brilliance. The light reflecting at different angles makes the subject seem almost life like.

As with any fine art, avoid extreme heat, such as near radiators, in the direct rays of the sun or in a closed car on hot days.

With care, this print will be timeless. The metal etching changes appearance with the direction of light, keeping it forever new and interesting. It will be like a rainbow, never appearing exactly the same way twice.
