Clock will need a key to wind it, Untested. I am not sure if the clock will work, I do not have a key to wind it.

This is a Royal Vienna cobalt porcelain four-column portico mantle clock from the late 19th century.

It features hand-painted genre scenes on arched panels.
The base, columns, and dome are constructed from cobalt porcelain with gilt and enamel filigree trim.
A round brass sphere, containing the clock's movement, hangs between the porcelain columns.
The clock is mounted with brass trim, featuring turned finials and ball feet.
No makers marks that I can find
