I believe they are all first editions.
All covers are intact but showing age
The binding is good on all the books but Happiness of Being Rich & Jane Eyre. The bindings on these two books has started to come loose, please see photos. No loose or missing pages
There is a sticker on the inside cover of two of the books with the Dr.'s name who owned them. There is also pencil writing inside the cover also.
The tops of the books, the pages have darkened due to age.
There are spots on the pages also due to age.
They are still in good readable condition, just really old.
